  • Course Refunds: You may be eligible for a refund for a course subscription if you request it within 3 days from the date of purchase.
  • Subscription Renewals: Subscription renewals are non-refundable. However, you can cancel your subscription to avoid future renewals.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items and situations are non-refundable:

  • Online Courses: We do not provide refunds for online courses that you have subscribed.
  • Course Materials: Any course materials, such as downloadable documents or resources, are non-refundable.
  • Customized Services: Any personalized or customized educational services, including tutoring or coaching, are non-refundable once the service has been provided.
  • Downloadable digital products that have been accessed or downloaded.
  • Gift cards and promotional codes.
  • Services that have already been provided, in part or in full.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

We will review your request within 7 business days and notify you of the decision. If your refund is approved, it will be processed using a payment method of your choice – (UPI/Net banking)
